Desiree Pena President / CEO
Desiree Pena is the founder of Desire Construction Inc (DCI). Her dream to start and managed a business of her own has finally come into reality. She is an effective leader and proactive specialist in Operations, Human Resources, and Business Management. In her entire career, she has been a promoter of innovation & creativity in the workplace and a target driven goal setter.
Desiree’s expertise in business and people management are aligned with DCI’s mission to provide the highest level of service that will exceed our client’s expectation in a manner that represent the pride and passion of our Company.
She envisions that not only will DCI serve the growing community to make it a better place to live with but also to be one of the best companies to work with.
Desiree will handle the client relationship, acquisition and management, business and marketing development and human resources.
Larry White Vice President / RMO
Larry White who has 40+ years in the wall and ceiling industry, is the backbone of DCI. His industry involvement includes Board member of the Association of the Wall and Celling Industry (AWCI), Chairman of the AWCI EIFS Education committee and EIFS Technical Committee. He had also previously served the industry as Board Secretary of Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau, Committee Chairman of AWCI the Plaster Craft, Trustee of the Washington Cement Masons and Plasterers, Pension, Health and Welfare, and Training Trusts. Committee member of the ASTM C11 Gypsum and Related products. He also holds Certification as an AWCI EIFSmart Industry Professional and trained to administer the Air barrier Association of America Quality Assurance Program Course.
Larry started as Journeyman on his first Prefabrication jobs mostly on building envelope construction in the 1980s and since then he has climbed the ladder to become the President of Applied Restoration, Inc. He was instrumental for ARI to be recognized with 7 NWCB regional awards and 3 AWCI national awards for Excellence.
There is no doubt that with the expertise of Larry in this kind of construction Business, DCI will soon be considered not only the best but also the most desirable Company.
